Residential Team -

Natasha Greenman

Assistant Showroom Manager
Natasha has been with Floors Etc. since 2017 and brings 20+ years of administrative/management experience to the team, where she has been critical to putting processes and technologies in place to help the team manage flooring projects seamlessly. Natasha has an international background and a multi-cultural education, which allows her to communicate with customers and contractors alike at a personal level. For fun, Natasha likes to spend time outdoors hiking with her dog.

Matthew Horwitz

Design/Sales Associate
Matthew is a sales design associate with 5+ years of experience in the residential flooring industry. Prior to joining the team, Matt’s professional experience included 20+ years of retail merchandising and visual display management, working with some of the largest brands in the industry. Matthew has a mastery of design principles, space allocation and color. His strong project management skills and his “can do” approach to his projects ensures an exceptional Customer experience. Matthew is a Baltimore Native, dedicated father to his son Julian, and a passionate Ravens and Orioles fan.

Dave Prendergast

Senior Project Manager/ Tile & Stone Specialist
Dave has been promoted to the title of Senior Project Manager - Tile and Stone Specialist. For those who don't know, Dave has been with Floors Etc. 30 years. Dave started as an installer on higher end residential houses and was instrumental in building our tile and stone department to where it is today. His meticulous and professional work as an installer set the benchmark for the highest quality of tile and stone installation that we see and expect today.

Commercial Team -

John Ginsburg

Chief Executive Officer, Co-Owner
John joined Floors Etc. in 1987 and is now the 4th generation of his family to take over the helm of the company. On a day-to-day basis, John oversees our commercial and retail sales and marketing efforts, spending much of his time working with the area’s leading general contractors, developers, architects and owners to insure that our company meets and exceeds our customers’ expectations. John graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, College Park and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lou Sarvino

Director Field Operations
Lou has over 30 years of experience, the last 21 of which has been spent at Floors Etc., in all aspects of the flooring industry, including sales, estimating, project management, installation, and warehousing. At Floors Etc. Lou specializes in managing large commercial jobs in all product areas—ceramic and stone, hardwood, carpet and vinyl. Lou has earned advanced training and certifications from Armstrong, C&A, Shaw, Forbo, Mannington, Milliken, Bentley, Mohawk, Roberts, Orcon, and Gundlach.

Yani Rosenberg

Project Manager
Yani has been with the Floors Etc. team since 2008 and brings a wealth of flooring industry experience to the team including sales, business development and project management.He’s worked on a multitude of projects varying in scope and scale for large commercial general contractors and developers. Being a 5th generation family member, Yani prides himself on helping to build and streamline processes for the Commercial division.He graduated from Johns Hopkins University and prior to working at Floors Etc., worked for T. Rowe Price. Outside of work, Yani enjoys spending time with his family.
